Cultivate Your Community: Join the La Porte Garden Program!

Looking to grow your own fresh produce or vibrant flowers? Our Community Gardens offer a sustainable way for La Porte residents to connect with nature and their neighbors. Whether you’re a seasoned green thumb or a beginner, we provide the space and the water—you bring the seeds and the passion!

Where to Find Us:

8 plots located at the Recreation & Fitness Center: 1322 South Broadway

5 plots located at St. John's Episcopal Church: 815 South Broadway

Program Details:

Plot Size: 4’ x 8’ raised beds.

Rental Fee: $40 per bed (Limit 2 per gardener).

Season: March 1 – October 30, 2026.

Amenities: On-site water and hoses are provided for all gardeners.
