Programs

This course is meant to build upon the fundamentals of using arms and legs while swimming. The instructor will still be “hands-on” during all of these lessons to help continue building the confidence of each swimmer. The only point in which the instructor will be “hands-off” will be if they have deemed that the swimmer is fully capable of swimming short distances without their assistance.

Note: If swimmers are signed up for a class/level that is too advanced for them, it can be very discouraging due to the other swimmers learning things that they are not yet ready for. This can also make it highly difficult for the instructor to teach the students equally, and there is a possibility that, if deemed necessary by the instructor, the student will be removed from the class and a full refund will be provided.
