Programs

This course is for those who are comfortable in the water and are prepared to take the next step in learning how to swim. This lesson will introduce swimmers to the basic fundamentals of swimming and build their confidence with swimming using their arms and legs. The instructor will spend all of the lesson with “hands-on” help, as the motor functions of swimming at this age & level are difficult. At the end of this lesson, there will be a "test" to determine if the swimmer is prepared to move up to the next class level.

Note: If swimmers are signed up for a class/level that is too advanced for them, it can be very discouraging due to the other swimmers learning things that they are not yet ready for. This can also make it highly difficult for the instructor to teach the students equally, and there is a possibility that, if deemed necessary by the instructor, the student will be removed from the class and a full refund will be provided.
